Cadence, a service of Salus, Inc., operates an appointment reminder and scheduling text messaging program. When you opt in, Cadence sends you reminders about your appointments and lets you reply to reschedule, cancel, or confirm. These Messaging Terms govern your enrollment in that program.
You opt in by submitting your mobile number and affirmatively checking the consent box on our sign-up form at cadencercs.com/optin.html, or by otherwise providing express consent at the time you book an appointment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments (for example, a reminder around the time of an appointment and any messages you exchange to reschedule or confirm).
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Cadence does not charge you for the messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates may.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending appointment reminder messages. To resume, reply START.

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cadence makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and no mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
