Overview

Cadence is a service operated by Salus, Inc. (“Salus,” “Cadence,” “we,” “us”), a Washington corporation, through cadencercs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from individuals who opt in to receive text messages from Cadence, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use your information solely to send the appointment reminders and scheduling messages you opted in to receive, to process your replies (such as rescheduling or confirming an appointment), to honor opt-out requests, and to maintain records of consent as required by applicable law and carrier rules. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Text messaging program

By opting in, you consent to receive appointment reminder and scheduling text messages from Cadence at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Service providers

To deliver messages, we use communications providers (for example, Twilio and mobile carriers) strictly as processors acting on our behalf to transmit the messages you requested. These providers may process message data only to deliver messages and prevent abuse, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. Messages sent over SMS/RCS are not end-to-end encrypted.

Data retention

We retain message and consent records only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal and carrier-compliance obligations, and delete them upon request where permitted by law.

Your choices

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us below.
